Terms of service

These terms govern every purchase from S Tech Solutions (“we”, “us”, “the store”) through this website. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, do not order.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products and services: virtual servers, proxy access, streaming and software accounts or licences, and similar digital goods. Product descriptions, specifications and delivery estimates are shown on each product page and form part of your order.

Unless explicitly stated, products are intended for personal or business use by the buyer. Reselling requires a separate written agreement with us.

2. Orders and acceptance

• An order is created when you complete checkout and receive an order code.
• Your order is accepted when payment is verified and its status changes to Processing.
• We may cancel and refund an order if the product is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud or abuse.
• You are responsible for entering a correct email address. Delivery is made to that address.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are listed in USD. Converted amounts in other currencies are estimates only; the USD amount and its USDT equivalent at checkout are what you pay.
• Payment is accepted in USDT on the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) network only. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the address shown on your order page, and for any network fees charged by your wallet or exchange.
• Crypto payments are irreversible. Transfers on the wrong network, or to an address not shown on your order page, may be permanently lost and cannot be refunded by us.
• Orders are verified and delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made by email to the address on the order and is also visible on your private order page. Delivery times are estimates based on normal operations; provisioning delays caused by upstream providers are communicated by email.

If an order cannot be delivered within the stated window, you may request a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

• You may not use our products for unlawful activity, spam, malware, fraud, or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Proxy and server products may not be used for abusive traffic, port scanning, DDoS, or content that violates the upstream provider's policy.
• Account-based products are for the buyer's use. Sharing, reselling or changing account ownership may void the warranty.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund where the violation caused the loss.

6. Warranty and refunds

Products are covered by the warranty stated on the product page, and by our refund and replacement policy. Beyond that, products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data, except where the law does not allow this exclusion.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
