S Tech Solutions collects the minimum information needed to deliver your order and support you afterwards. This page explains what we store, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email address, optional WhatsApp/Telegram handle, product, amount, order notes.
- Payment data: the transaction hash you submit and the wallet address you paid from (as recorded on the public blockchain). We never ask for private keys or seed phrases.
- Account data: if you create an account, your name, email and a bcrypt password hash. We never store plain-text passwords.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for fraud prevention and security logs.
Why we use it
- To verify payment and deliver your product.
- To send transactional emails about your order.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds.
- To prevent fraud and abuse of the store.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your data.
- We do not ask for wallet seed phrases, private keys, or exchange logins.
- We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who can see it
Only the store owner and authorised staff. Our email provider processes message delivery on our behalf. Blockchain transaction data is public by design. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.
How long we keep it
- Order and payment records: 12 months, for warranty and dispute handling.
- Support tickets: 12 months.
- Account data: until you ask us to delete it.
- Security logs: 90 days.
Your choices
Email support@shahzaibnagi.dev to request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. We respond within 30 days. Deleting order records may end warranty coverage.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie for your login session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, traffic is served over HTTPS, admin access is restricted, and all administrative actions are logged.
